Was told I could have a free meal and I explained I live over 3 hours from there and was just passing through town. The GM asked for my address to mail me a gift card. I never received it or a response to further emails. It's now April 4th. Shows they really don't care about customer service. Not eating at Arby's moving forward.
Paid $41 in the drive thru for our meal, they didnt put the au ju in for the French dip, and we had to get our own straws, very rude staff.
We arrived 10 minutes before closing because we were traveling and were stuck in traffic. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. My only complaint was that the dining room was already closed, so we didn't get to use the bathroom or wash our hands before eating.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian sides but not many vegetarian entrees.
The restaurant is clean. The food is fast. The staff are friendly and provided great service. My phone was dead and I was waiting on a call from the mechanic working on my vehicle they got me set up on a charger and made sure I didn’t miss the call. Thank you. Also the French dip was on point.
Melissa, the manager, stayed an extra 20 past closing, to fix my order, and I have not met many who go out of their way to please customers like that. The food was good and hot, and we are extremely grateful! Thank you Melissa!!!
