Bidrage med feedbackI've never been here before and a friend recently told me there's a chicken sandwich that's new in the menu. I wanted to try. I decided to get the food with a drink and one side. it was good. the only complaint I would have is that the temperature within a company was about 55° so cool. except that it was clean and great customer service! I am definitiw back
They do not use fresh mais. it tastes like it's stuck in the freezer for a long time. I don't see any problem in throwing it out and getting new ones fresh. that was my first time here and I'll never eat them again.
Great wings, sometimes a bit dry cooked for dry rubs, I guess mainly used to cook for saucy wings to cancel out the dryness but overall tasty. Prefer here than other wing places so far.
I had to wait 35 minutes for my food, even though the estimated wait time was only 15 to 20 minutes. Two other people who ordered after me received their meals before I did. Additionally, one of the items I ordered had extra bones in it, which I suspect were from the end of a chicken wing. The restaurant is located in a rough area; I even saw someone sleeping in the parking lot around 1 o'clock.
The staff explained that they had misplaced my order and asked what I had originally ordered. While waiting, I noticed that they weren't busy. One of the employees casually mentioned they were confused about the extra bag they found. It was frustrating, especially since I had come back because of a previous good experience. I didn't want to wait any longer; after a long workday, I just wanted to enjoy my dinner. Feeling disheartened, I decided to leave without my food. I later tried to pick up another order myself. Upon arriving, I noticed the bag was not sealed, and my drink hadn’t been prepared. I asked the staff if they could seal the bag properly, as I didn’t want the customer thinking I messed something up. Instead of being helpful, one of the employees simply handed me a seal and dismissed my concerns, saying she didn’t care. This lack of attention and care was disappointing. I believe that those working in the food industry should be more passionate about their jobs. They are responsible for serving and feeding others. Proper hygiene practices, such as using hairnets and gloves, are essential. It's disheartening when employees don’t take pride in their work. Because of these experiences, I haven’t returned since.
