Domino's Pizza - Anchorage

Never had a problem until today. Both pizzas my wife and I ordered were raw. Absolutely ridiculous. Not even close to being cooked properly. The only reason that I'm giving them 2 stars is because of such fine quality until now and how easy it was to get my money back.

Burnt, cold pizza and a assistant manger who was rud, unprofessional, condescending, disrespectful, unhelpful and all around not equipped for such Possession! Clearly you can see the difference in the reorder.

Theres always something wrong with my order, super annoyed with their service. Tonight I got parm bites with no marinara sauce. Called them to see if someone can drop some off. Waited over an hour then called, the manager said it's an extra charge and I never ordered it. How the heck do you eat parm bites without marinara! I don't care if you charge me twenty five cents extra! Give me my darn marinara it's a freaking pizza place stop being so stingy with the marinara. I love sauce dang it!

Tends to be hit or miss as far as quality goes. We've had very good experiences and deliveries, and some pizzas that just seemed rushed and half-assed. Stopped by one night to get a pizza to go without calling ahead, and it was a long wait in the car. I also didn't like the fact that their system asks for you for a tip for a pick-up. A tip... for what? Like many other locations in Alaska, the best deals advertised in the lower 48 are not honored here. The coupon system for online ordering is very picky and requires a lot off trial-and-error to find a decent deal.

The by-the-slice pizza selection was beautiful. The pies were picture perfect and delicious looking. It was nice to select from fresh pizzas when buying a slice.
