Denny's - Anchorage

After hours of quiet we wait for our food. would have been nice to know that it would have been an hour or a half or more (the white) to get our eating slam sandwiches) ready. also the waitress who brought food to another table fell a knife on the floor, was very well aware that she did it because she apologises, but not the feeling that they catch it up. also other waitresses who came over them instead of catching them up. they also prefer to stand around and chat with each other before they help each other to clean and remove tables. this place is a sweat, and the manager must make serious up and some changes.

The server that served us was nice, but when the second server came, they got our drinks wrong. the customer service is bad compared to many other diners, we ordered to eat that was fresh and warm, but expect them to wait for you to top

This food is and was always very reliable. for a chain restaurant, I am constantly intromised as every article on my teller actually has great taste. it has become a bit smaller in the course of the years, but hey, that's everywhere. finally, her coffee is always really good.

I came to this because I just missed my bus and I ordered a cookie and hot chocolate. I wanted to order a second hot chocolate, but not even five minutes later, before I even took one bit. she gave me my reception. while my cookies were still hot to eat. I wanted to give her a twenty dollar tipp, but not now. also, the supervisor wanted me to keep moving my things. I usually spend or more in a restaurant. I'm probably not going back here. customers should be treated the same! No matter how much they spend!

Ordered a Pick onion rings, barbecue wings, and mozzarella cheese sticks(not cooked all the way and chicken was hot wings instead of barbecue) the older native lady that was working seemed to be in too much of a hurry or irritated and didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks to start off with, when we got the drinks they never came with Ice which they always do!! Normally when we come to eat after the service is nice but tonight service seemed to be a lot less interactive and barely communicating with customers as a waitress/waiter is supposed to do!! Definitely not worth coming back after
