Me and my buddy ordered a breakfast burger and a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. The breakfast burger was drowned in ketchup. My grilled cheese breakfast sandwich had cold sausage,the cheese wasn't even melted and the sourdough wasn't toasted......needless to say I will not be returning here for breakfast again.

When i ordered a meal they asked me “do you want medium or large?” I responded with medium thinking that was what would cost $13.xx as advertised on the menu board. However, when I got to the window I was told that it would be $15.20. I asked him why it cost more and he said that the $13.xx was for a small. I then told him I didn’t realize there was a small because of the way he asked me the question. He proceeded to inform me that this was a relatively new policy from the franchise owner, because they are not supposed to be selling smalls unless somebody asks for it. When I told him that this is deceptive, he proceeded to give me the phone number to the franchise office, because as employees they have already expressed their concern with him and he’s not listening. I called that office and a lady answered claiming that they are not intending to be deceptive, and the only thing we need to do is say no to the question. However, if you’re not trying to be deceptive, what is the problem in asking the question as small medium or large? OR would you like to change that to a medium or large? This is quite literally what every other fast food place does. I don’t know who this lady is but she made it clear that the local office and franchise owner do not care about this issue and if you as a customer are not paying attention, you will continue to be upcharged without your consent. This town is too small for shady business practices, and I hope this owner takes a closer look at how he manages his company and treats his employees.

I've never eaten inside so I don't know about the atmosphere and I only ever eat the chicken tenders... which are fire.

During my recent visit to the restaurant, I had a mixed experience that left me with conflicting impressions. Unfortunately, this aspect of the meal did not meet my expectations.On a positive note, their milkshakes were truly delightful. The flavors were rich and satisfying, providing a refreshing accompaniment to the meal. Additionally, the beef burgers were delicious, showcasing quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. If you're not a chicken lover, I would definitely recommend trying their milkshakes and beef burgers.Despite the disappointment with the chicken, the restaurant's overall ambiance and service were commendable. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The establishment's clean and inviting atmosphere contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable visit.In summary, while I cannot recommend the chicken offerings at this restaurant due to the lack of crispiness and the overly thick batter coating, the milkshakes and beef burgers are definitely worth trying. If you're in the mood for a satisfying shake or a delicious beef burger, this place won't disappoint. Just be aware of the chicken's shortcomings.
