Arby's - Anchorage

What I got of my food was delicious but if your going to charge dang near $10 for one burger you should make sure it gets into the bag : got a call within a day and they’re working to fix the issue so changing my review :

So I wanted my au jus with no water. I felt like it was a simple request. I wasn 't going to drink it right away. But it had water and they kept saying they don 't sell it without water added. Like it 's impossible to NOT ADD water. I 'm confused because it 's the same as no sauce added situation. No one could explain why they were being strict on it. Service is nice but the annoyance they were giving me over a simple request and not a very good explanation to why I can just have it in powder form left me feeling perplexed. I ordered it this way many times before.

The amount of stars on this truly depends on the employees working. Maybe not there fault, possibly from understaffed issues but sometimes I love Arby's and others I'm left a little dissatisfied.

Although the food is the same, the customer service is somewhat lacking. We ordered the jalapeño bites and asked for extra bronco sauce. When we got home, which is all the way across town, we saw that we didn't aget any of the sauces that we had asked for. Please check your orders before leaving the restaurant. We have definitely learned our lesson.

I love the brisket sandwich and the fries are awesome. I was not a fan of the seasoned curly fries. Food is always hot and fresh.
