10/10 service here was impeccable plus the wings are fresh and tasty favorite spot to eat .

Came in to grab my online order. I was with my girlfriend and we were by the counter waiting for someone to come up to us. Literally all the employees avoided any eye contact with either of us and tended to other customers who were coming in while we were treated like we weren’t even there. I’ve had some pretty bad service in the past, but this outright is the worst one by a long shot. We had to wait 10 minutes while we kept trying to get someone’s attention. I have no idea how a full staff can have zero social awareness.

Terrible, I placed my order online, I drove 10 minutes to go and pick it up, another 10 to return to my house and arrive and realize that your order is not correct, call the store and not even a single excuse me, just come for what was missing instead of Being on the cell phone talking, employees should be more attentive when doing their work.

very good and all, but even if you order it in the application and it already marks that the order is ready, you arrive at the establishment and it is not yet ?

The workers are there are rude. I asked for a 16.99 meal. A worker gave me 10 bone in,when I told her she gave me a a face went to tell the other workers they all gave me faces. Never coming here again. Customer service needs to do better. The manager needs to do better training!.
