Subway - Anaheim

Always love Subway. Footlong cookies are a nice touch we don't see at home in the UK.

Mexicali Footlong was delicious.Customer service was delightful as well.

Stole a phone and money after we turned it in. An acquaintance from working at the convention center ate and left before we sat down, we found his phone under the table and thought the best thing would be to turn it in to the subway in case he came back, when he got back they said they’d never had it. There was money in the case too.

Did an online order and they did everything wrong, and items were missing. They added toppings we didn't want (and specifically excluded for food allergies), didn't toast sandwiches as requested, and gave us less cookies than we paid for. They were also out of most fountain beverages. Subway is usually consistently mediocre, but this location was exceptionally terrible. 7-11 across the street is a better bet for food options if you're staying at one of the nearby hotels.

Horrible customer service!!!!! Stopped for a quick bite while I charged my phone but found there was no outlets in the eating area, the manager refused to make any accommodations. Rude! And will never be back.
