Bidrage med feedbackBulkogiburger is a cheeseburger with bogogi (thin cut main beef, marinated in shoyu, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and pepper) with salad, tomatoes and onion. Bulgogi is Korea's version of Teriyaki beef, but with subtle differences. Beef is thin as if you were on a beef bowl. But it's not as sweet as Teriyaki what I like. The Cheeseburger himself fades into the background. If you didn't know there was a cheeseburger under the boggi, you wouldn't even know it was there. The Bulgogi really ordered the burger, but in a good way. The products were fresh and crisp. I personally would convert this into a Bulgogi sandwich that makes it like a Korean sloppy Joe of the kind. Up there! Fish and chips have been new in the menu since February 2012. You can order it with chips and salad or just a basket with chips. The fish is slightly broken (almost tempura as) cable jaufilets fried for perfection. The fish is flocky, but not dry. The dough has a light taste that complements the fish. You do not need tartaric acid sauce for this, although it is available. The chips are also fried for perfection, fluffy on the inside with a golden brown, crispy outside. Up there!
