Mcdonald's - Amsterdam

Hours are always uneven. Thursday evenings they should close at 12 o'clock, but sometimes they are open on 2 o'clock. Fridays are supposed to be open 24 hours, but are closed (but with employees there before 2 hours. I work in the second layer and this place is literally the only thing that is open on my way home and whose disappointing I can never count on them to be open. no idea what's going on, but either they update their google hours or work what to do. also, add ill when you close, turn the road sign on this way we don't have to wait until we get to the laufwerk thru.

Long line at the drive thru, so I went inside. Never have I seen so many people working with so little getting done. I placed my order for two large drinks at the kiosk, but no receipt printed out. People were ordering at the counter as well. A half a dozen people were waiting for the orders, some with receipts and some without. Several people looked like they had been waiting long enough to be frustrated. When there was a break in the line at the counter, I asked if I was supposed to have a printed receipt. When I told her what I ordered, she passed me two cups and I went to the self-serve beverage dispenser and filled them. McDonalds is shooting themselves in their foot if they think this is good customer service.

Horrible experience. Ordered a large order for my family of 5. They proceeded to fill 15 smaller orders as I waited for 40 mins for my food. They told me they are trying to get the small orders completed first. What a joke. Place was filthy, disorganized and the worst McDonald’s within 100 miles. Asked for a refund and went to Burger King instead. Don’t waste your time at this McDonald’s. Go to Burger King instead.

After struggling to accomplish my order, I was instructed to pull up to a window with nothing inside it. Not to mention this restaurant looked like it was adjacent to a mental institution. After waiting 45 minutes a nice lady with no teeth emerged from the monstrosity of a restaurant with my McGriddles in hand. All in all my food was outstanding and i’ll definitely be back with the fam later for seconds.

Place was very busy but the time and efficiency was very good. Buns were a little stale but the major issue was just the attitude from the staff lacking almost all friendliness. Again super busy but never a Hello, thank you, or please put of anyone.
