Hulscher's - Amsterdam

A top three meal of my lifetime. Perfect food. Perfect atmosphere. Perfect service. Fantastic people. Quite possibly the best burger I've ever had in my life, and I'm from the heartland of the USA. We got off the train and needed a meal and they opened their kitchen early for us. No attitude. No complaints. Just fantastic food and service. Don't ever change, Amsterdam.

We walked in off the street and had a big surprise! Great food and service, and people watching at the train stop. Lots of fun and a good culinary experience as well.
