Bolenius - Amsterdam

Very good restaurant serves dishes from own vegetable garden. wein pairings are good and also include some Dutch weine. we had both vegetarian and normal menu. it is interesting to see what they are able to use without fish/meat in a dish.

This restaurant was an over-the-top gastronomic wow! the servier dishes even had their own artistic presentation. that brought the food to a new level.

Beautiful presentation and creative dishes. sweet are a highlight and the care given to each ingredient is amazing. the total experience is really good and worth the price tag.

We went the night before you started august holiday. solid curs with wein pairings. eating was excellent with good serving look as they would expect from a meelin. they were absolutely all about the Dutch cuisine so that they stick to their roots. the weepings were beautiful, but not excellent. none of us had chic clothes, but it turns out that there are some T-shirts, a few young in hoodies, and blue jeans around, so jacket and tie not needed.

Very creative and wonderful dishes with all fresh ingredients from the garden next to the restaurant. Well deserved a star restaurant.
