101 Gowrie B.v. Amsterdam

Incredible culinary experience! the best we had in amsterdam. well designed dishes, super friendly service, and great to chat the owner from the kitchen to people. all 5 stars worth it! will definitely be back.

We loved our first experience at 101 gowrie absolutely. we loved the intimately relocated vibes of restaurants, not their typical chic, finer escapade. we feel in the rule out of place while we eat in fine restaurants, but that was amazing! the music was great and eating (and the timing of eating) were fantastic! we had all the dishes on the menu and each court has blown us the mind. everything was so well thought out and I could not wish that I could make a better dinner with my friends. we had a great time!

Japanese influential eating fine. although it was fine dining room the atmosphere was very casual, not stiff at all, very comfortable. the staff was super friendly, each court was very well explained, with a story (sometimes from the cook) worth the money.

Best nori rye bread/broche ever. beautiful, rich in aromas and warm. With the homemade butter and a wild garlic oil I was teleported in autumn to a hut next to the Fuji Mountain. if the entire tasting menu was only made of this article, I would have been happy. rest and music.

Friendly staff, calm atmosphere, and the food was totally amazing
