Sabri Bathura Shop - Amritsar India

I was looking for some good chole bhature in amritsar during recent trip to this city and visited here. Yes bhature was excellent, chole was average, price is pocket friendly.

Sabri Bhatura Shop is as its name suggests a popular shop that serves chole bhature but more than it's chole bhature, it is known mostly for it's nutri kulcha.<br/ <br/ I went here specifically to try their nutri kulchas as there are two shops famous for nutri kulchas in Amritsar and this shop is one of them. This is a small shop with limited sittinh area which is not much hygienic and clean. Well, one can not expect much in terms of cleanliness when it comes to street food. The staff of this shop was very humble and courteous.<br/ <br/ I ordered a plate of nutri kulcha here. The nutri were cooked in masala with butter. The kulchas were also smeared with the same masala. It tasted pretty good, but over my food exploration in Amritsar, i ate even tastier nutri kulcha. What lacked in this kuclha was the tiny amount of butter they used while making the nutri masala. If they had used butter in a good amount in their nutri masala, it would have tasted better. Still tbe taste was so good that i repeated one more plate of it.<br/ <br/ Worth trying.
