Bidrage med feedbackLovely, small and cosy place especially in the evening. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food. Had a pleasant experience and will definitely visit again.
Best pan Asian restaurant in amman . We ordered sushi platter it's superb . Ambiance and service is excellent special thanks to their manager Ibrahim .
Tried the Valentine’s Day set menu. Not good whatsoever. Even the wagyu was hard and far too chewy. People said it’s better on a normal day, so I might try it again, but their Valentine’s Day menu was a disaster in terms of flavour. Update: Visited Tsuki in October 2021. The sushi was fresh and the sashimi was the best I’ve had in Jordan. Their normal menu is much better.
Nice and tasty japanese restaurant within Fairmont hotel in Amman
There are several restaurants in Amman that meets the threshold of ambience, atmosphere, quality and service, on where celebrations could potentially take place. Tsuki is one of the restaurants, located inside of the Fairmont Hotel, that is definitive to this purpose. Tsuki focuses on Pan Asian cuisines. Menu is via QR code and is divided in sections, including soups, cold starters, hot starters, sushi, vegan, dessert, and more I couldn’t recall. Prices were quite on the high end. I had the vegetarian maki roll, miso soup, stir fry vegetable noodles, and sorbet. Sushi was tasty and one of the best vegan and vegetarian sushi I had in Amman with proportionate fillings and a unique addition of lemon jam on top. The miso tasted good too, but I normally prefer my miso without noodles (they added udon noodles). However, the noodles were quite greasy and oily with a bit too much sauce or wetness which was quite unbalanced with the amount of noodles in the dish. Reusable napkins and chopsticks were provided! Most places in Amman that serve sushi use disposable chopsticks which I don’t like. My only other complaint is there were some dishes that were further from the notion of authentic. For example, the rendang was presented in a way that was quite Westernised and removed from the concept of rendang (ie thick sauce based slightly spicy dish). Very good service overall!
