Chuck E. Cheese Jordan - Amman

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff member who held my 3-year-old child so tightly because he was trying to reach behind the counter. She scared him and made him cry, and when I asked her not to touch him, she responded by saying "spoiled child!" I requested to speak to her about the incident.

I celebrated my daughter's birthday today at Chuck E Cheese. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The two girls who were running the events were lovely and helpful. The kids had a great time and they gave my daughter so much attention, making her feel like a birthday star. I highly recommend this place for birthdays or just a fun day out with the kids. The food was delicious too.

This restaurant is absolutely incredible! Today was my two daughters, Lugein and Toleen's birthday, and it was such a pleasant experience. Everything was perfectly organized, and the staff, especially Ashjan, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. A big thank you to everyone who helped make this birthday celebration so special.

Thank you so much for the delicious and tasty pizza, we also really enjoyed the rich taste of the mix of different salads. In addition, we were surprised when we saw Chuckee came out and made a small show, very amusing!

Bad service one ticket machine half of the machines are not working very bad and not recommended at all .. first and last time !!!
