McDonald's - Amiens

Had enough continental breakfast and decided that a macmuffin was in order. first our order went through and the system seemed to go. when we were back, we tried to order at the desk. the dame in the service, seemed to be the manager, was so brutal and indifferent. Finally, a colleague was helpful enough to get us back to the screens. then wait the indispensable for our order. my mcmuffin was not hot and my wife had no speck as ordered. so it did not have to change an apology again. I have visited some of their restaurants in Europe and never had such a terrible service and such a setting. the apology could be that the employee/manager was stressed due to the system problem, but did not seem able to engage with another couple and smile that arrived. I can understand why this macdonalds has the worst rating I have ever seen. they have bad management and a Scottish service.

The only place that was known to me in the first days when I arrived in the city. I knew the products that prices were lower than the alternative French version of it quick. and the internet often saved me as. I had to contact people outside the country.

Pour un café au mac café ça va mais je préfère les autres restaurants de la ville qui sont tous plus lumineux, plus propres et où le temps d'attente est plus raisonnable... Quick centre ville à de beaux jours date au mc do du d'entre qui a de gros efforts à faire.

Vendredi 19h30.... déjà plus de savon dans les toilettes McDonald's Amiens sud .. Et toujours long pour le service en salle

De passage sur Amiens ,une pause repas s'imposer et du coup me voilà chez McDo ! Service rapide et produits de qualité . Restaurant hyper propre que ce soit les toilettes ou la salle ! Le personnel est professionnel ! Je reviendrai à mon prochain passage !
