Long wait, even though I ordered online and showed up at the time that the app indicated it would be ready by, it still took them extra 20 mins to get my food. Also, I was supposed to receive 8 hot wings but instead received 6 wings plus 1 tiny burned chuck of chicken. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We arrived 2 hours before KFC closed, entered the restaurant, no one to greet us. We were told that room service was impossible and that we'd have to go to the drive-thru. So far, so good. We order and are told there's no more chicken! When did KFC run out of chicken? We had to leave with burritos, very fatty... The person inside could at least have warned us.
