Hillside Cafe At Quality Inn - Americus

The room was spotless the air-conditioning was great very friendly staff the only complaint I had was the TV line up I expected more channels although there was alot to choose from on direct on demand this is my go to motel from now on when I come to town thanks for a great experienceRooms: Very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable

I'm shocked was better then I expected. Room was updated clean and No BUGs NO Roaches. Breakfast for choice members was very good grits eggs biscuits bacon. My cousin stayed at other hotel across town and was disappointed. Last night of stay no hot shower but it was so hot outside really wasn't big

Looks like all AC leaks here. Rooms are as expected, but my AC didn't just leak outside but it also leaked inside. Realized it when i had a shirt on the floor and when I picked it up at a later time it was soaked. The corner of the room where the AC is located had the carpet soaked. I had to change rooms twice because the toilets had different issues, the first one leaked water when flushing on the bottom, the second room i changed to didn't flush at all. And of course the third room the AC leaked water inside the room. Poor maintenance overall.

The food was good and the service was great. The Riverview Senior Citizens enjoyed an outing together and chose Quality Inn in Americus, Georgia to eat lunch.Food drinks: Good food and great service

We were staying at another hotel across town (dirty) which we always stayed at when visiting our daughter at college. It had become run down so we changed hotels to Qualify Inn. What a pleasant stay we had here (3 days) Everyone was great right down to the ladies cleaning the room!! Rooms were clean. My Mom also stayed here being that our daughter was now graduating college. We'd stay here again. Thank you again for making the rest of our stay pleasant.Room was clean. Just one negative. The water pressure was almost nonexistent. Other then that it was fine.Rooms: It was clean an our room was huge.Safety: Felt very safe in an around the area. It was nice knowing that the hospital was 2 doors down.Food drinks: Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Only ate lunch there once but it was good.
