The Shed - AMERICAN RIVER

A community minded volunteer run centre with great food, great company, cheery attitude and a welcoming smile for new faces. Worth supporting.

What can I say, but the kitchen is run by volunteers, they are on Tuesday carving at night, Friday seafood, lamb ribs, curry’s, pork ribs, salt n pfefferschod, desert open. Sat-night takings with steak sandwich, hamburger, children's menu all with their delicious chips. eating is always perfectly boiled, never had a bad meal....You need to book though, as they are quite busy, there is an outside area that is covered, a bar, 2 eighth table, jukebox. fun.

It was a good experience. there was a lot of food on her teller. the personal was friendly. the place was clean. it was nice to help the local community by eating there. the bar had a good choice. I recommend a meal here.

One of the few places open after 5 PM in the opposite direction. The chicken schnitzel was fantastic!

This local sports club features a bar and offers dinner three times a week. The meals are delicious and affordable, all in a friendly atmosphere. It's just a short walk from the American River Campground.
