Mi Ranchito Af - American Fork

This is my go-to place for Mexican food. I absolutely love coming here. The portions are very generous. I usually end up taking a lot of my meal home and using it for one or two other meals.

My favorite Mole Chicken recipe. And unlike all the American-Mexican restaurants you don't leave the rice and beans behind. Yum, I start with them! Great family folks. Superb Horchata too!
