The Dam Pizza Place - American Falls

Ordered pizza and breadsticks for delivery. The pizza came but breadsticks did not. The delivery driver acknowledged that we ordered breadsticks but that he didn’t have them and he would bring them right away. We waited an hour and a half until they were about to close before finally calling. We called over 15 times and could hear them pick the phone up and then hang up. We have physically been in the store one other time and the lady was so rude but we decided to give it a second chance. Beyond terrible customer service

Seriously wish I could give negative stars. Been waiting for over 2 hours for 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Called many times, was told I couldn't get a full refund but would only be charged the convenience fee... Seriously only refunded my tip for the delivery driver! Will be contacting corporate.

Ordered online, then got a call that they couldn't deliver. So o picked up my order just to find out that it was the wrong pizza once I got home. Then no sauce.

Very friendly staff. Pizza was ready on time. I made a mistake and ordered carry out when I thought I had ordered delivery. They were very nice and gave me a discount even though it was my fault. Will definitely come back to this location.

14 min wait time, went to pick it up after 20ish minutes, my pizza hadn't even been made yet. Total time from order to recieving my pizza was around 45 min. Very unsatisfactory.
