I don't know why, but we're going back to osteria dei cameli and every time it's an experience, as we have since. eating is excellent, simple and pure. the ingredients are carefully selected until the water. each plate has a history and not just a scripted. herr red is a leading food expert, but at the same time it is possible to make them feel comfortable. never push, but a supplement to the incomparable eating. that is what Italian should be eating. I will not comment on the price, because what we eat has no comparison with love and quality. they cannot put a price on a leonardo’s painting, can they? I think it deserves more michelin stars. it is beyond me why someone would have a different experience than perfect. also kudos in the kitchen, as we always enjoy the company of his wife and mother at the end of dinner. it is always a discovery that is geared to excellent and quality.
