Mr Fish - Amarillo

Came out of town for a fast Google search. Was very satisfied with the portions and the egg rolls were on another level. The first time to eat gator and it didn't disappoint. Price not bad at all for a coast fish place. If you ride deep everything, then this place is for you.

The food was delicious! My family got the Wels dinner that came with beans, fries, hush puppies and Koleslaw, and even the sides were the bomb. I also have the seafood plate that has something of everything and everything was great. The portions were more than enough and the customer service was some of the best I ever had in a restaurant. The owner was so nice and up to Earth. If you are looking for somewhere that has a friendly atmosphere and really good seafood, this is the place to go.

I give 5 stars, almost NIE. Mr. Fish gets five stars today. Mr. Fish is really one of the best places to find catfish I found in this United States. You have 3 different types of catfish seasoning options; Original, Cajun, Asian. I personally prefer the Cajun. You have fish tacos and some other options on the menu, but the menu is quite limited, which is actually a bonus. They don't do many things, but the limited items they do are made better. The sweet tea is very good, I would order it if you like sweet tea. Restaurant is BYOB, so you can bring your own alcohol and save some money! I saw 2 women bring a 12-pack beer today, so this is an option if you need it. The staff was very polite and helpful. Food was fast, within 7 minutes order. This is quite fast for fired fish, and it was thoroughly cooked. I came at 1:20 so that a bit after the lunch break was that might have helped or could not have helped from a time perspective.

Good food and pleasant waitstaff. Hubby got seafood platter fried shrimp, crab cake, fried fish, fried oysters, fried clams, gator bites and fries)with Cajun seasoning. I ate 3 fillet plate with beans. the beans were not anything to get excited about but the fish... OMG yes. He likes his seafood platter through the said the crab cake tasted like something from Sam's mart.

Had the fish tacos. Very good! We went on a Thursday so not alot of people. Order took about 20 minutes and we really enjoyed it. Waiter was very friendly. Will eat here again for sure before leaving.
