La Marinella - AMALFI

Staff were rude and slow to serve. Had a chicken caesar salad which was huge compared to UK standards.

The food was average but the experience was above average. And don't get me wrong, average food in Amalfi is pretty good in our book, but we have to keep it relative. I would still recommend this restaurant for the overall dining experience even though it is close to the ferries and tourists and appeared to be a stopping point for a large tourist group. They didn't bother us though and the service was quick and efficient. We got a table outside right on the railing overlooking the water so the sites were great and the hot sun kept off of us by an awning. I ordered pizza and my wife ordered caprese salad. We both had beers and enjoyed our lunch.

The waiter was awful and the food was grotesque, not tasty at all and all the pasta dishes were undercooked and raw. Complained that it was raw and it was simply reheated in the microwave a scene from Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen nightmare. The only thing decent was the coke and sprite.

Atypical place, not large kitchen. Some seniors hold the store and they want to get the money back. Number of staff. However, a magnificent view of the bay of the terrace. correct price

We ate here for lunch as expected in the price from the trip to the coast; lunch was in expectations, we served a salad as a starter, a dish of pasta or sauce or sauce and frozen mussels and to finish a sorbetto. the included drink was water or a pepsi or sprite. the place has very potential as it is on the seafront and could do well, but everything has remained in the years we say that they could improve. for the rest the staff was kind to us.
