Bidrage med feedbackThe environment is very beautiful, but unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated into the negatiw. the garlic sauce was extremely fat and fluffed as the components were separated. the carving was overwhelmed and absolutely overwhelmed, therefore bitter. it was noticed that it came either from the much too hot pan or frit, despite the above only an apologies, but no discount or the same. an absolute poverty certificate. we'll never be eating again.
Short circuit: almost 3 hours waiting time to eat. 2 of 5 not order as ordered. raw black! bad service. lost order. business manager was unintentional and unfriendly, did not let us talk and storm. no apologies, no compensation, gave no value to satisfied customers. instead: they speak unintentionally about speaking, unintentionally and interrupted us during the complaint. we do not come back in definitiw, advise from this restaurant and can only shake the heads over so little standing and so bad services. sad and embarrassing. we are disappointed by the use of time, money and a family trip that should be beautiful. long version: the worst service I have ever experienced. I don't know how to disappoint myself and I'll be able to believe. I start with: my family and I have visited the dachstuhl restaurant several times, also to christmas. with the food we were very satisfied at first and the service was too often. 2 years ago we were surprised how smooth everything worked despite full restaurant and how fast our food came back. so far, so good. at our last visit we were already less enthusiastic and wondered if a new cook was set. eating was less tasty, smaller and service worse. despite reservation we were on bad, small table
Very nice restaurant in blockhouse style, tasty self made pasta. if you like a lot of garlic, sometimes a bit too much soned at the meat dishes. otherwise very tasty selection of deftigen feed, also suitable for larger groups. no special dessert. we often go and like to go. at we sometimes quite full.
On Sunday at 13.00 o'clock we entered the restaurant dachstuhl. it was filled well. in which a good sign. I immediately noticed that only a few tables were eating. drinks had many guests before themselves. after approx. 20 minutes waiting time our order was received. the drinks came immediately. but then we had to wait, wait, wait.!!! that you must buy on a Sunday at midday. a waiting period of approx. 20 minutes is also nice to relax and enjoy the upcoming food. but there were no 20 minutes, no 30, 40 or 50 minutes!! After 50 minutes we asked the waitress if she had forgotten us. the answer was no, you didn't forget us. when we then stopped 60 minutes after taking up the order and the restaurant manager explained that we would wait 1 hour, but did not want to wait any further, unless the kitchen was already at the preparation of the food, she explained that the preparation had not yet been started, there would be something else. we paid the drinks and left. because after this statement we would have eaten only after 1 std. 20 minutes. closes the waiting period until the order of 20 minutes is taken up, then we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes in the restaurant, but get nothing to eat. in everything understanding: this is not possible!!! that is also
