One because zero is not an option. 5/10/23 (11:18 am). came to the store for lunch. Ordered two meals with chips and drinks with one veggie wrap and an extra drink, no chips. The lady argued with me about what I ordered and when I clarified proceeded to tell me no this is what you said . It was very rude and out of line with customer service etiquette. Just correct the order and recharge my card. Instead she talked over me and told her coworker how I was wrong. I walked out of the store and my husband stayed in to fill his drink cup. She continued to blast me while my husband was in the store. This girl has no business in customer service. We will never come back as long on it 's acceptable to yell at and gossip about your patrons. The worst service I have ever received in Altus, OK. Turns out to be a mother-daughter duo working hence why the mother tolerated the daughters behavior! She raised her! Absolutely unacceptable!

This is the better subway in altus, don't go to the other one

Door dashed a Steak and Cheese protein bowl. They included exactly 0 steak in the order.

PLEASE JUST DRIVE TO THE OTHER SUBWAY. I asked for a chicken teriyaki sauced subway and it is literally drenched on my sandwich. The bread is ripping and dripping. The paper was wet before I could even open it. I don't go out to eat often so this just ruined my whole subway experience.
