Chipotle Mexican Grill - Altoona

Website still states you can Dine in, figured we were good to place a take out order. To our surprise, you have to order online. That's ridiculous, a lot of people just want to go and order. Lost a customer!

Stopped to get an order to go but once I got there I found they were only taking digital orders, so I turned around and left.I guess that's their new food service model. Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else that will actually serve you

Someone needs to manage the place. All digital again today. Over half the people walked right back out the door and the other people sat and waited 20 plus minutes after they ordered on thier phone. If the food wasn't good they would be out of business. Also:Dear owner don't bother responding with a generic response, fix it.

Only giving two stars because I do love the food at chipotle, but this is by far the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve been to this location well over 50 times and they are constantly out of ingredients. They almost never have any of the fajitas veggies and have chips even less often. They also do this really annoying thing where the chips are only for online customers, and refuse to sell them to you if you order in store. Another thing is the tables are ALWAYS dirty. If you want to eat in store, plan on cleaning your own table.

Foods great but I regret ordering from the Altoona location every time I do. Always over an hour late to make my food and never fails something comes wrong. Would be great if management could get their stuff together. At this point I'll single handedly put them out of business with the refunds I'm forced to demand.
