Went early for Friday, 4 pm, in Alton, Il. We got listed on waitlist thru Open Table, our name was listed when we arrived. Nice to see that all worked out in that regard. We were seated, a waiter showed up within 1-2 mins, Wyatt F. We looked over menu, he answered our question before eventually ordering. Food was served in reasonably fast time. My wife ordered from pick/select 2-3 items, when she got her order she was surprised by how many shrimp she received. Shrimp was in two trays, each tray had 7 pieces, and her scallops were smaller ones but plentiful. So, we were very satisfied with the total experience from entering Red Lobster to leaving.
Great service and food once we got waited on. Employees kept walking by our table and never acknowledged us. People who came in after us were already being served. Had to end up asking who was supposed to be our seafood expert. The manager did end up apologize for our wait.
