McDonald's - Altkirch

The new concept of mcdonald's that consists of placing the command at the terminal and getting served at the table does not work here clearly!!!15min waiting for 2 bigmac menus and a happymeal. then another 30min to have the royal deluxe burger missing despite having requested it three times at the counter. fries without salt. and all this despite a number of staff...Fast food? I don't think so. Or more.

Since the establishment of the table service it is a real disaster. after the order more than 20 minutes to wait to eat and again we went to the window to recover it yet there was not a strong affluence. It's not really a fast food we'll go elsewhere to eat faster. Besides spending a sponge on the tables more regularly would be a good idea.

I'm used to eating in the back and comparing them to each other. altkirch is one of the worst in the area. hospitality, room cleanliness, burger assembly, order accuracy and meal temperature (especially steak and fries) are just zero!
