UPDATE: CLOSED even though it’s showing as open. A sushi place from Los Cabos is reopening here. As for Mr.Tempo.it must have been too Cabo for La Paz. My husband predicted this. Here’s my original review Let me start by saying this place is a bit too Cabo for La Paz. but I don’t mind. The presentation on everything is over-the-top fun. Flights of margaritas, smoking cocktails, pork belly that gets charred tableside, churros served in a mini Lamborghini with sparkler flames shooting out the tail pipes—Mr. Tempo has the Instagram factor down. The food menu is overwhelming—almost as big as the Cheesecake Factory in the U.S. A lot of locals come here for birthdays—and shots. Best part—everything is tasty. Prices are more American, but I enjoy the splurge now and then.
