I often eat at the Pacifik Poke Express in via Duchessa Jolanda and I have always had a very good time. The dishes are fresh and tasty and the service is attentive. A separate mention for the staff because they are very kind and welcoming. The 4 stars for the environment refer solely to the space but, on the other hand, we are talking about an Express . . . Small place in the Porta Susa area with a maximum of ten seats. The service is always quick, the girls at the cash register are always kind and helpful, as well as quick to clean and clear the tables. Unfortunately, however, in the last year this location has undergone a drastic deterioration in terms of food, which is easily verifiable, since I always get the same bowl. The rice is overcooked, the tuna/salmon is cheap compared to the rice (and above all compared to the cost of the bowl) and there is very little sauce with the consequence that the flavor that should be felt is not felt. It's really a shame because compared to past experiences I found overall good quality and the staff inside is a shame. I would also like to point out that in recent months it has often happened that there were no bagels, with a clear reduction in terms of service.
