I understand that another restaurant is managing the orders for this chicken shop, but it greatly neglects long-time customers like me. I ordered a chicken for home delivery and they told me the cost of delivery, everything was fine and compliant, but then they called me to tell me that the cost of delivery was wrong. They told me that for each kilometer it should be 1 euro, and that in my case it was not two km, but almost 7km. So I wonder, why didn't they charge me 2 euros at the beginning, instead of 5 euros, and then they called me to go up to 7 euros? The delivery man told me that there was no one to leave my chicken and cut me off. I called the lady, because it was not the first time that the delivery man called me to raise the price of the delivery, the lady did not give me any solution and did not tell me anything about whether the chicken arrived or not, she only told me that it was good that the cost is that and that's it. After an hour waiting for the chicken to arrive, I called again, and asked why the chicken didn't arrive. They told me that they had not confirmed whether they accepted this increase in delivery (unjustified) and I was surprised because at no time did they tell me that if I did not accept they would not bring me the chicken. In the end the lady told me, after an hour waiting for the chicken, are you going to want it or not? Do you accept delivery at 7 euros to deliver the order? It's unfortunate that I ordered every week (before they closed) from this restaurant, and I also waited for them to open to only order their chicken. If they don't retain their customers, they won't last long. And remember that marketing is word of mouth, and I am no longer going to recommend you. In the end I took my money to another chicken shop that brought it to me on time, and without surprises regarding the final payment.
