My partner and I stopped for a dinner in this lovely local, located in the middle of nature near the Province and the park of Storga. From the entrance you can appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the owner. The menu menu is really nice, I dare add, including first, second or pizzas, both traditional and unique. While waiting, we tried toasted croutons with a nettle sauce and a pumpkin sauce, very good. As a course, we opted for a common appetizer (basket starter mozzarella in a very good carriage, crostini and sarde in saor), a pizza mushrooms and cutting (I recommend trying to take a pizza, my was really tasty with excellent and digestible dough) and a stenco dish cooked in idromele (presented above a bed of polenta and abundant potatoes baked in the oven). The portions were abundant, so as not to be able to give us a dessert. But we'll do it again next time. The quality/price ratio is great and I highly recommend this experience. The owner reminded me that Saturday 23 March will reopen the historic restaurant Al Puppolo, located in Borso del Grappa on one of the hairpin bends that lead to the shrine area besides being used as a paraglider to those interested. The management will be of the owner and husband. As soon as I have the opportunity I will go, for the excellent experience they left me at the Demetra Basket and for past memories left on those hairpins.
