Vainilla Chocolate - Altea

Be careful when ordering food, it has a fabulous location, but i was disappointed in the service, especially when i returned my chicken dish because the chicken was totally raw, not just slightly undercooked, it was totally raw. No apology from the waitress (not sure if she was the owner). They offered to put it back in the oven but I did not trust them to and asked for the bill, to my surprise they charged me for the meal i explained that i was shocked she had charged me after all serving raw chicken is very dangerous and i again no apology, she just said ive only charged you for a small beer instead of a large (probably 1 Euro less). I am not someone who writes reviews for the sake of it, but serving raw chicken can be very dangerous and the fact they didn't apologise or remove the meal from the bill i thought was very rude.

A great choice of coffees, the 'cafe con leche ' for example is presented with a seperate glass of caramel cream a biscuit. Nice staff, hygienic in a lovely sunny position promenade. Our goto cafe, probably the best you will find anywhere!

What an excellent little place, the food and coffee was without fault and great value for money. Will definitely return for sure.

What can I say superb Stopped in a place to eat sat 5 mins. No one came over so left carried on walking and found Vanilla chocolate I had a really nice chicken curry salad really nice highly recommended. Must return next trip
