Bidrage med feedbackThis panera served soup so hot that it gave my 4 year old child 2nd degree burns. Think we ordered a child's meal and they thought that serving soup is a reasonable thing. She had to go to the fire unit in Arnold Palmer Kinderkrankenhaus and can be constantly afraid. Panera said the temperature was normal, even if they had the soup clear microwave. Panera refused every responsibility. I'd post photos of the burns, but they're in their lap area. Panera refused any compensation. Avoid this and all Paneras. They were warned.
Love there food. But the kid working today took to long just to get mac and chs because he had to finish his story. I ask if he can finish with my order then talk all you want. His respond was. I can multitasking smh. No he couldn't.
Cashier was very professional and sweet. Tomato soup was great and so was the bread and coffee, but as for the rest I couldn't say the same.
This particular location was fantastic. Food was very delicious and flavorful. Service was excellent, masks and partitions were in use. Social distancing measures were not only marked on the floor but also on the tables.
Nice place. Was clean and the staff was helpful. Asked a question about the soup and the found the info. Good place for group meet ups and to hang out and chill. The food and pastry are good , not as good as a local mom and pops place . Its your normal cookie cutter food from a big name brand company. For the price its well worth coming here then a fast food place. The bathrooms were clean and neat. I would repeat.
