Service was non existent, we arrived at 4:50 and a series of bad information had us waiting in line to order food at the window until 5:45 when the movie started at 5:30. The whole point of this place is service at your seat… The food tasted terrible and was cold we spent $100 for food that neither myself or my kids wanted to eat. It sounds like from other reviews my experience is not unique and that this place has gone downhill. I love this concept and I loved it when it first opened, but it has not been maintained at that level. I’ll stick with a regular theater closer to my house unless they have a major management overhaul.
Movie theater experiences aren't quite what they used to be I guess. Don't know whether it is staffing, management, or a combo of both but I wouldn't suggest attending this theater on a busy night. They suggest on the website to show up 30 minutes before the movie starts so you can order food/drinks from your seat, but the past two times I've gone here the theater hasn't been ready until ten minutes prior. Food takes forever to come out, and when it does most likely it will be cold (popcorn included). Constantly out of candies/snacks. Basically this theater is ill equipped to handle the upscale dine in movie experience. I'm sure staff is doing their best but without serious changes and training it's hard to envision going back.
Had to change my review to 2 from 5. The wait staff was very rude to multiple people not in our party. I was told I couldn’t wait at the bar and must buy a ticket for the kids going to the movie. They were 15. Was told I couldn’t leave them alone. Needed to buy a $16 ticket to sit there. Not for any reason other than there must be a 21 in the theatre for any one under 18. A drink and popcorn was $22, higher than the AMC theatres. I wanted to keep my 5 star review but this visit was just not good.
Bartender had a very bad attitude n was very snappy. When we approached the bar she didn’t greet us and gave us bad service the entire time, at one point I asked “ can I get a sangria “ and she said “We don’t have that” with attitude n walked away to do other things. I also ordered a burger n it only came with cheese and onions when it was suppose to have lettuce, onion, cheese, and bacon which I paid additional for . Just overall a terrible experience! Do better !
We were overcharged for our food by about $14. That does not mean I did not like the prices on the menu. I compared what I paid to the menu prices and they were not the same. I submitted a communication using their website over a month ago, but they have not responded.Edit: Only after writing this review did they respond to me. They have an included gratuity. When they brought the receipt for me to sign it did not say anything about that and it had a tip line. I ended up double tipping without knowing it. They ended up giving us free movie passes, so I am raising my rating from 2 star to 3 star, but really hate it when a place has an included gratuity and it is even worse if the receipt you are signing asks for a tip without even mentioning that you already tipped. This is bad policy that needs fixed. You do not fix the policy by handing out free passes. You also should have responded to my initial communications with you instead of waiting for my bad review.
