Catrina's Mexican Grill - Alpharetta

Quite a good variety of Mexican dishes. Way more than the other Mexican restaurents around here. Great service. Food is Tasty but can benefit of a little less salt (the reason for only 4 stars). We went there several times, and it had been salty everytime. They give you the option to go without seasoning. The problem is that salt should be considered only part of the seasoning. I am not sure I am ready for bland food!

First time last night! We have been looking for a delicious reasonably priced Mexican restaurant! This will for sure been added to our regular list! We will be back a lot l! Everything was super yummy. The weather was great so we sat on the patio. Great service!

I moved to Johns creek just over a year ago and I have tried every Mexican restaurant I can find and I have not been impressed with any of them. Tonight I tried Catrinas and it was excellent! Exactly what I have been looking for, and the salsa roja is so good, probably the best I have ever had! I had the enchilada trio and it was good, can’t wait to try more dishes.The price was reasonable too, for the entree and 1 house margarita, my bill was $20.I’ll definitely be back!

Usually Catrina's is very good, must have been an off night? My sister ordered a house margarita, not good, the mix was not tasty at all bluck! Chicken Chilaquiles was all chips and grilled onions? Barely any chicken at all, very strange. Will try again, but tonight was disappointing.
