Went to Cabernet to celebrate a birthday with a party of 8. Were immediately sat, but waited to welcome over 15 minutes. Once we were greeted, the process of taking beverage orders was strange. Our table ordered a bottle of wine. But instead of taking all beverage orders from everyone to take care of everyone, he stopped the bottle of wine and 10 minutes later. Then forget to take the other guests drinks orders. There was then a long waiting period between returning to food orders. The food then took another hour to get out and the waiter never came back to check us out. The lower line is the meal lasted 2 hours and 15 minutes. The restaurant also missed receipts from starters orders, after dinner drinks etc. In terms of food, it was very good. No complaints and I appreciated the free desserts. The assistance servers were also very good and attentive with water refills etc.

My wife went to dinner for the first time the other night, around our 20th. Anniversary to celebrate. We couldn't have chosen a better place. When we went to the door, we were greeted by General Manager. Staff and food were excellent. We're definitely going back.
