Bidrage med feedbackDisgusting with the service, but happy with the taste of eating. I ordered online, kurbside and followed their tracker guidelines for collection. I waited until my order was planned to be ready and then went to the load. I said it was a few more minutes. I took my car off the door and asked to deliver it to me as soon as it was done. I wait patiently and 20 minutes later I went back in. I was told that there was an error that was made and they had to get one of my pizzas back. they would have thought that they would have told me by phone or would have visited my car in front of the door. they cloged for the order and did not provide an excuse for the delay. I inquired about a free pizza offer that they have shown online for the excessive waiting period. they inhibited and inhibited, but finally drowned and 'trouted my name in their book', for a future order. once at home we found that the pizzas were good, but they had forgotten to give us the sauce for the simple chicken wings. ah!
Had the best experience! I called from 2000 miles away and started my order. it was for an alpena delivery. the type on the phone was super, gave me a chance to save money and get more, and then on everything else, it was hot and on time delivered to the deeds office in the city. the service was perfect, and after the ladies, hot and tasty. Top performance!
Pizza is always good. definitiw 1 the best in the city. the delivery is always fast. where else can they get a pizza and a peanut butter brownie delivered to their door at 1:30 o'clock? only her filled cheese bread is worth giving a job.
My friend just had some delivered and didn't have change for a tip. To the young woman who delivered it at this hour in this weather I will try to make it up the next time I order
The food is good when they 1, get the order right the first time around, and 2, when they actually feel like delivering it. Tonight's experience has put me over the line of never again . Ordered food a good 90 minutes before store closing. I watched the app and the order tracker as it went from bake, quality check, then suddenly CANCELLED. Their reason? The roads arent safe and i only have 1 driver . So is that why you baked the order, checked it, AND THEN cancelled it? I happen to know these places have the capability to disable delivery orders through their website app. But they didn't. Customer lost! Plain and simple. I get it that safety is priority, but if you cant deliver food then why leave the app website capable of placing delivery orders?
