Ampang Bay - Alor Setar

While a fridge full of sad frozen sea dwellers can welcome you when entering the restaurant, if you choose the right item from the menu, you will be surprised how good they are. Most items on the menu are also cheap and affordable. For our dinner we had the fried rice with Mantis shrimps, char hor fun, Cashew chicken and shark fin soup. All these tasted good, except the shark fin soup that tasted a little fishy. But it doesn't bother my friend too much. The roasted rice with Mantis shrimps was very good; he is spicy and has a touch of curry taste. I recommend eating there to try this dish. The restaurant looks a little sad. Maybe you need a really good makeover and decor. Toilet needs a big renovation.
