Taco Bell - Aloha

This place is awful. This is the third time I have to get a refund from here. Why does my black bean crunchwrap have meat? Theres been multiple times where they full on ignore my customizations.

The food was pretty good this time. what I am frustrated about is that even tho I specifically order sauce packets, they never include them! the sauce makes the meal!

The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes have been tough on my last two visits.

Saisage served frozen rock-hard tortillas that didn't seem to be heated at all; they were just thrown on the plate. Additionally, my drink didn’t have any ice, my cup wasn’t filled, and I didn’t even get a straw. Very disappointing!

This restaurant has major issues with their delivery orders. Each time, you end up with a lesser quality version of what you ordered. While I understand it's budget-friendly, I would recommend finding a different place to order from—unless you're specifically looking for a tortilla with just a sprinkle of beans and a hint of cheese.
