Bidrage med feedbackThat must be my favorite bookshop I've ever been. it is brilliantly rebuilt by an old railway station, with caffe in the old waiting rooms and a small railway way around the top of the book shelf. I can get lost here for hours with modern books to beautifully bound classmates.
Quirky great 'book shop . Converted railway station with the orginal waiting room a cafe. Trains sets running above your head. Plenty places to sit and browse/buy. Dog friendly too.
He began with the idea of preservation and re-establishment: because of his architecture and history. they are one of the oldest second bookstore or something along these lines. they are beautifully located with reasonable parking, but not difficult to find alternatives. they have overseen a model track, seating areas and a buffet area. very competitive prices for both and the place is very tempting as they enter and have a look
This must be one of the most amazing second hand bookshops in the UK including many of the bookshops I know in South America. It stores over 300000 books and all of them in great condition as well as very affordable. Even if you 're not a great book lover this place is a must visit as it is the old railway station filled with books. There are plenty of areas to sit down and have a read as long as you like. No one is in a rush so you can take your time. In addition there is a great Coffe snacks restaurant in Station Buffet at very reasonable prices. Service is good and food is OK. Coffe is great. Don 't get me wrong this is not a Michelin star restaurant, but it is more than average in quality and taste. If you happen to visit the castle and feel exhausted after the tours around the gardens, etc. Come and visit Barters Bookshop as it will unwind you and recover your energy and tiredness after the castle. Highly recommended with the full 5 and well deserved. Nice experience, unusual place and a place to remember.
Such amazing place. All that knowledge under one roof. Pretty much every genre catered for. Nice pot of tea and a chocolate brownie by the fire. Well worth a visit. Books are uniquely portable magic Stephen King
