Normandin Alma

Avoid at all costs. definitely some of the worst food I've ever had. the potatoes were supposed to be fried or baked but were soggy and underdone. The quiche was bland too. The only thing worse than the food was the service. The server did not bring us water despite us asking for it (in french). We had to approach her to go get it ourselves. Service: Dine in

The manager receives us by telling us that you will wait 45 minutes at the door and the tables are all free after 30 minutes to wait at the door she tells us that there will be another 1:30 wait at the table there are enough waitresses to serve the world and the kitchen there are plenty of employees the problem is the manager I have had restaurants and if I had turned everyone around like that would have closed the doors her steps the restaurant she without crazy here is my comment to Alma Normandin

Good service except that I ordered an Italian poutine and I was extremely disappointed.. I had never eaten such charred, brown, soft and oily fries.. It would be nice if they changed the oil in their fryer. This is the 2nd time and the last that I ordered poutine from Normandin in Alma. Also, the Italian sauce tasted really too much like salt. I'm going to have kidney stones.. 2 stars because the cheese was good and the service. Service: Take out
