Peake Barbecue - Alliston

Delicious Texas style bbq. Brisket is Smokey but juicy and not dry. Hubby loved the sides especially the beans, Mac and cheese and potato salad, which for him is just as much a test of a good bbq joint as the meat and Peake passed with flying colours. We both loved the mini pecan pies the best we have ever tasted. They told us they use butter from the local creamery so cool! They make efforts to use local ingredients which is awesome. The owners are super nice which always scores bonus stars from me!

Amazing food and friendliest people in town. If you haven't ever had an elote (Mexican corn) you're missing out! The tacos are authentic and awesome, so if the smoked brisket and ribs. Also everything is fairly priced!

I am a huge fan of BBQ, and this restaurant absolutely nails it. The taco selection is fantastic, thanks to a talented chef who knows Tex-Mex cuisine. The prices for cocktails are a bit high, but everything else is definitely worth it. Sean and Janet, thank you for bringing something unique to Alliston and breaking away from the chain restaurants. We really appreciate it!

The food at this restaurant is amazing and to die for. I come here every other weekend and order 2.5 pounds of brisket - 2 pounds for myself and 0.5 pounds for my fiancée. It is the best brisket I have ever had.

Pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff (owners) and the authentic bbq that we had. This is a hidden gem.
