Wendy's - Alliance

This is one of the worst Wendy 's ever. If you order one change (no bun, extra sauce, no onion) it 's like it changes the world and you end up with no condiments, no bacon when you ordered a bacon burger, no straws or utensils, no sauce at all. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt too many times and always end up with my order being prepared by mostly kids who don 't care and show it when you reach the window. I 've even told them specifically please place the condiments in the bag . Then got home to find they left off everything but an apparently fresh beef pattie with no lettuce or tomato or pickle. If you tell them the problem they laugh in your face and 90% of the time, act like you 've asked for a kidney when all you really wanted was the fries you ordered with the meal.

I always get chili instead of fries. They have good chili normally

Great fast food! Kids love it! Clean building as well.

Not a lot to get excited about this place. Food and service was just ok. Regular fast food atmosphere ??‍

I felt like I was being punked. My husband and I were in awe! We ordered breakfast, and the lady taking orders changed her mind and said we had to get lunch. LolNo problem. We ordered our lunch and pulled up to the other window. I ordered a sweetened iced tea. She told me something was wrong with the sweetened tea, that someone didn't make it sweet and handed me a huge stack of sweet and low. I told her I didn't need it. My husband ordered a diet. They gave him regular. We pulled into the parking lot to eat. My burger was not cooked inside, and my tea was so sour. My husband went inside and nobody waited on him. He just threw the burger away and dumped his pop, and got a diet himself. He said outloud that our food was nasty and we won't be back. All employees just looked at him and didn't even care. We won't ever be back!!
