I had a great experience at this restaurant for a late breakfast. Everything was cooked perfectly, from the decent sausage to the speck with egg, hash brown, black pudding, and toast. The place was clean with screens, and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend it.

We were on Monday to breakfast, 8 of us from age 2 1/2 to knocking on an excellent price-performance ratio, very comfortable and very safe among the current circumstances, will certainly go back there.

We made a stop at this restaurant on our way to Allonby from Silloth. We only wanted a portion of chips and the place wasn't very busy. However, we ended up waiting 30 minutes longer than I've ever had to wait at any chip shop. When the chips finally arrived, they were not hot and no salt or vinegar was offered. Additionally, they forgot our drinks. I would have expected an apology for the inconvenience, but none was given. Silloth itself is a nice area, but the behavior of some rude individuals and their unruly children was disappointing. As a Cumbrian, I feel ashamed of this behavior and hope something can be done to improve the reputation of our coastal towns.

A group of seven adults had lunch at this café, and it really tested our patience. We were impressed with the efforts made to ensure social distancing and the cleanliness of the café. The menu offered a variety of reasonably priced options. However, after placing our orders at the counter, we experienced a long wait for our food. During this time, two other groups of customers complained about the wait and received refunds. Additionally, we overheard the cook expressing frustration and considering ending her shift early. Despite the eventual arrival of our food, which was good, the overall experience was not worth the wait or the entertainment. It is not a place I would hurry back to dine at.
