Moe's Southwest Grill - Allentown

This place simply leads to the ground. You're so crazy. You have no respect for everyone. You are begging for tips, but yet you calculate $3 for ?extra? meat. I'll never come to this place again, they need someone who's busy there. They calculate astronomical amounts of money for minimal food quality. Save the trip and go to Chipotle down the road.

The owners/administrators of this moe?s are thieves. They accused me of a queen when I asked to fill my bowl with the right potion size of the shredded cheese. Their reason behind this illegal prosecution was because I asked to put more drinking of food in my bowl. Remember that the worker only literally put 4 beans after which I had to ask them to add more beans. I used to like Moe?s, but after the customer service experience I received, I didn't visit this moe?s anymore.

Dirty, careless and rude. STAY AWAY! The older man who works here is so incredibly rude that it's not even funny. Idk, if he's the manager or what, but he's been there since I started eating here in 2017. But I'm digressing. I only heard him blame for a customer for something that was not their fault, and then continue to bring after the fact instead of possessing his mistake and moving on. He also spoke about the customer after leaving, which is so unprofessional and made my experience in very unpleasant dishes. The customers who sit behind me and I all heard that the situation unfolded and we agreed that the older employee/owner was guilty. I'm usually a page with employees because I've been working in customer service for almost 10 years and knows how customers can get, but that was 100% of the company's mistakes. In addition, the same older employee extinguished the counter with a dirty lobe with bare hands, didn't wash his hands, put the sheet with his dirty bare hands on the counter for my order, and THEN put on gloves with his dirty hands to make my order. I've been here for years and loved it here, but I think I'm done today. You have to treat your customers better, take responsibility for your actions and roll back the attitude. And maybe clean the freestyle machine and tables now and then. It's pretty rough, so just one thought.

I was at almost every moe in the area because I'm on my way to work. I always get the same thing that's half pig and half chicken. When I ordered here, they refused. At first I thought it was a language barrier because they hardly spoke English. But then I realized that they only refused flat. I don't understand that because it's not extra meat, but only half and half. In addition, they were extremely rude and the restaurant was dirty. Definitely will not come back.

We've ordered catering from this place in the past and it was pretty decent. But today the website would not accept any order requests, neither the catering nor the personal orders. When we tried to call the business it went straight to voicemail. I didn't see any indication that the business was closed today (Monday). We will be exploring other options.
