Make sure they give you the brown pladtic pick for your hot drinks to cover the hole. Coffee is not as good as it used to be.

It's a Saturday morning, and I placed an order for two large decaf coffees using the mobile app. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready yet. However, the gentleman at the counter asked if I was the one who ordered the coffees and informed me that they would be ready in just a minute. Once the coffees were prepared, he made sure to let me know that they were very hot. He was extremely friendly, incredibly helpful, and provided excellent customer service! Thank you!

I was in town for business and this is one of the friendliest places I've ever visited! The coffee was spot on, and when I return, I will definitely stop by again!

What's with the grumpy older man at the window? Every time I've had him serve me, it's been an unpleasant experience. I'm the one who greets him and asks how he's doing, which feels completely backward; he could at least return the courtesy.
