Subway - Allenstown

My wife and I ordered subs on the subway app. The app continue to show us the process of our subs being made. When the app said the subs were done, my wife then drove 15 minutes to the store and the one employee there told her they didn’t have any bread or meat or cheese. My wife then ask the Employee why they were open or why he did not call us and tell us this and he said I don’t know.??? we are still waiting for our refund of $16 from SUBWAY and it seems like they do not want to give us our money back. Yeah we receive no product nothing. Subway is horrible. The owner of the Allenstown New Hampshire SUBWAY hides you cannot get in touch with him. This is a joke. Wanted to pick up a quick dinner, we were informed that they had only wraps and flatbread, and only pepper jack cheese. We went elsewhere.

After 5 years of being a loyal local customer, I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM OR SUPPORT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! I live literally less than 2 minuets around the corner of this store I will now drive go out of my way and go to the Epsom Subway about 10 min drive)... Went online to order as website says location is open until 9pm... Placed order paid for order online... watched update of order received, being built then ready for pick up... got there and CLOSED!!! REALLY!?!?! Observed employee inside cleaning knocked on door BUT WAS IGNORED!!! An off-duty employee coincidently pulled up in her car while still waiting for inside employee to acknowledge me and she said they were closed that our order was voided and we'd get a refund...
